Claims and criticism

What is claimed, not proven

Peña calls himself the “Trillion Dollar Man” and has said he is worth $500 million and that his mentees created $50 billion in value. These are his own claims; we found no independent check. There are no controlled studies of QLA; the evidence is testimonials.

Teaching style

The seminars use confrontational “tough love” coaching. A Spectator reporter described students being shouted at. If you have mental-health concerns, talk to a doctor or psychologist before joining intense residential programmes.

Financial risk

Buying companies with borrowed money puts debt and personal guarantees at risk. The seminar page itself says it is not investment advice and that you should not rely on unverified claims.

No. “Quantum leap” means a big jump in business size, usually by buying companies.

Does it cost money?

The QLA Library and QLA for Dummies are free. The castle seminars are priced by enquiry.

Is there evidence it works?

There are testimonials but no controlled studies. Buying a small business is a recognised path, but results depend on the deal, financing and due diligence.
