I’ve trained these exercises for a few years now. The highest I got was on step 3 in push ups and squads. It’s best to start with the basic 4 (squads, pull ups, leg raises and push ups) to build up strenght until step 6. Then you can progress and start with the other 2 movements starting from step 1.
