If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract for a THE List service within 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (the day you received our order confirmation), without giving any reason. See section 7 of our Terms and Conditions for the full rules, including when the right of withdrawal is lost for a service that has already been fully performed at your express request.
How it works
- Fill in the form below. The reason is optional.
- Click “Confirm withdrawal”. This sends your withdrawal to us.
- You immediately receive an email confirming the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it. Keep this email as your proof.
If the withdrawal is valid, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method you used. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the part already performed.
